Job Description

Preferred Candidate must have 2 years minimum experience as a crew supervisor, excellent computer skills, strong business & marketing skills, and currently live in the northwest Montgomery County vicinity.

Duties:

This person will be responsible for managing upwards of 30 accounts we perform Janitorial services for. This includes performing inspections of buildings on a specified basis, interviewing and hiring staff for open positions, providing feedback to employees, developing a professional relationship with customers and identifying / selling add on services as needed. Other duties will include but not be limited to the following.

  • Maintaining adequate cleaning supplies at all accounts.
  • Performing fill in work as needed.
  • Assisting with special projects.
  • Training new staff.
  • Ability to interact effectively with executives and co-workers.
  • Track and report updates on staff’s productivity

Qualifications:

  • Previous Supervisor/Management experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Self-sufficient.
  • Reliable.
  • Good Driving record and maintain a Driver’s License.
  • Clean background will be required.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Excellent skills motivating and managing upwards of 15 employees.
  • Available to work between 12 noon and 9pm Monday thru Friday with possibility of on call availability on weekends.
  • Computer skills to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
  • Ability to speak clearly and effectively for management presentations and customers meetings.

This position reports directly to the Owner/President.

Must have excellent attendance and a clean background.
Candidate must be highly coach-able, skilled multi-tasker, and able to manage team to meet or exceed company’s quality, growth & profitability.

Education and/or Experience:

2 years related experience and training
