IT Service Desk Technician Job at firstPRO Inc.
FirstPRO is in search of a Service Desk analyst for our client, a major distributor of building material, based out of South New Jersey. This is a remote, contract with potential to hire opportunity, paying up to $22.00/hr. Candidates local to the tri-state area preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Assist Users logging in and setting up machines
· Provide required software installs
· Maintain system security
· Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions
· Provide Service Desk Phone Coverage
Basic Qualifications:
· Ability to work flexible hours 6AM – 9PM when necessary. Standard hours are 8 AM – 5 PM
· Proven experience working in a technical position
· Ability to read and follow documented procedures
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Skilled at prioritization, communications, and multi-tasking
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to handle multiple assignments while still meeting tight timeframes
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
