IT: Network Administrator Job at Columbia County Health System
Our Information Technology team is committed to ensuring the computer network systems of Columbia County Health System run smoothly while it is being used by the employees, and for the patients. They are eagerly seeking an individual who is ready to bring their skill set and personality to the team.
What You Will Own and Improve in this Role
- Providing technical oversite for a multi-site organization level WAN
- Addressing helpdesk inquiries in a timely manner, following through to resolution
- Performing vulnerability and penetration tests to identify potential security threats
- Managing file servers, firewalls, network access, security monitoring system, and system documentation
- Providing emergency 24/7 on-call support on a reasonable basis
What You Bring to this Position
- Experience managing AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, DFS, as well as Cisco, Ruckus, and Palo Alto networking hardware
- Experience with various server operating systems like WinSrv 2008-2016, CentOS, Ubuntu
- Knowledge of Vocera and Mitel servers and network equipment related to SIP based VoIP
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Developed project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Our Information Technology team is a small, but tight-knit group where each member brings unique and fantastic experiences to the organization. They are always willing to provide support from the most basic, to advanced technical issues.
To Be Successful
This position is on-site in Dayton, Washington and is not offered remotely.
You will need to have an Associates Degree in computer science OR a minimum of 5 years experience working in a technical support role.
Having CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE-ENT, CompTIA Network+ or WCNA certifications is a plus!
