IT Customer Support

Position Summary:

The IT Customer Support position is a full-time position and reports directly to the IT Director. This position will support end-users across our school, Plymouth Christian Academy to provide a good computer interface and support experience.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for responding to incoming emails and ticket submissions
  • Managing the servers and infrastructure both on and offsite
  • Researching solutions for new and unresolved issues
  • Maintaining an accurate hardware inventory, and other common system administrator duties.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field.
  • Minimum 2 years IT Customer Support experience preferred.
  • Industry Certifications preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Network Infrastructure Support
  • Exercises good judgment in organizing and prioritizing work assignments while
  • managing multiple, simultaneous activities.
