Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is currently looking for an IT - Helpdesk Analyst for our Corporate Office located in Hilliard, OH.

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused and compassionate individual to be an IT - Helpdesk Analyst to join us!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide continual technical and analytical helpdesk support to on-site and off-site users.
- Provide technical and analytical application support to users; troubleshoot issues and provide root cause analysis; escalate technical issues by priority.
- Work with the IT team to resolve issues.
- Create a knowledge base of issues and resolutions relative to help desk interactions.
- Become highly familiar with the application environment in order to efficiently resolve customer support requests.
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of help desk requests.
- Identify issues, research their cause, and provide remediation
- Troubleshoot basic network, software, hardware, and printing problems
- Provide continual technical and analytical helpdesk support to on-site and off-site users.
Qualifications Required
- Understanding of Desktop Support
- Ability to image machines and install software.
- Windows 10
- Microsoft Office 2016, 2019
- Good oral and written communications skills and ability to prioritize and organize work.
