IT Delivery Lead will work with IT business partners, project managers, and technical architects to build and deploy solutions that meet functional and technical requirements. This role includes coordinating delivery teams (engineers, analysts) liaising with the IT business partner/IT Field managers while aligning to the agreed delivery methodology (aka. Waterfall).
How you will do it:
- Coordinate with various JCI IT and Business teams for successful delivery of projects
- Work with project managers to define project plan (tasks, milestones), coordinate the alignment of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies within the project and escalate as needed
- Accountable for engagement with third party vendor – Verizon – on deployment of network project and delivery
- Lead and manage technical and solution delivery resources for assigned projects
- Responsible to ensure functional and technical governance is in place for the project for adherence to JCI enterprise standards as applicable and adherence to technical architectural standards and strategy from CoE
- Drive continuous improvement by facilitating team retrospectives, teach problem-solving techniques and driving greater accountability amongst team members
- Ensure knowledge transfer of network infrastructure to support teams and Verizon managed services provider
- Continuously publish and manage team performance metrics
- Hold accountability for team’s commitments, and in case of failure, communicate failure points, remediations and next steps

Pay: $45.00 - $65.50 per hour
