Inventory Specialist Job at Inline Vape
OFFICE- Inventory Specialist - Both experienced and entry level applicants will be accepted.
Inline Vape is a retail Smoke Shop chain with 12 Michigan based locations. We are looking to add an inventory specialist to our team at our corporate office. Your primary job will be to work on a team to operate and manage our Inventory Management Systems while ensuring inventory is accurate at our retail locations and warehouse.
While inventroy will be your primary and main focus, you will also be a part of the warehouse team and helpin with other things relating to order fufillment and store management.
Familiarity with Shopkeep, SkuVault or other inventory management systems is a plus, but not required. We are more importantly looking for someone who is hardworking, punctual, organized, and takes direction well. This is an entry level job with the opportunity to work in management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inputting inventory through our inventory management systems for both the stores and the warehouse. We use Shopkeep and SkuVault.
- Inventory audits/recounts for both retail and wholesale
- Creating reorder reports
- Keeping accurate stock on our other selling channels (eBay, other websites of ours)

Expectations : We want our inventory system to be accurate, efficient, and organized and that’s what we're looking for in a candidate. Some travel to our retail locations may be required. You will be working on a team as well as independently, making communication with management and coworkers an essential part of the job.
