ARCA Recycling is seeking an Inventory Replacement Coordinator to maintain inventory accuracy across all replacement locations. Pivotal point of contact between customer service and dispatch teams to ensure all processes are efficiently and correctly executed. The IRC will also be a critical member for inventory purchasing; effectively communicating with external vendors and internal stakeholders. Identify and maintain optimal inventory levels and assist with escalated issues. This position will directly report to the Director of Purchasing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepares & Distributes call lists for each program to ensure the correct customer orders are being scheduled based on inventory availability
- Investigate inventory inaccuracies and discrepancies and make sure that they are addressed and resolved
- Coordinates with Corporate Buyer regarding the status of inventory for each location & the inventory needing to be placed for purchase at each location based on program demands
- Processes and documents unit returns, swaps and damage claims as required following established procedures.
- Prepare routine administrative reports and paperwork
- Attends client meetings and is prepared to provide updates on Client Expectations
- Coordinates with Dispatch on the opening of Scheduled Dates per program requirements, and areas in need of service availability
- Scheduling of Multi Family Installation Projects, coordination with property management on delivery dates, times, requirements, documentation, etc.
- Coordinates with Resolutions/Warranty Specialist for customers in need of a replacement unit due to cosmetic defect, damage from installation team, or inoperable unit that falls within the time window set forth
- Monitor & ensure the delivery & fulfillment of all inventories in area of responsibility to ensure aging inventory is reduced
- Audit invoices and bill of ladings as needed
- Ensures all Multi Family Projects are closed timely in ATO, with accurate serialized inventory, scheduled date, old unit information
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Commitment to high professional ethical standards.
- 2-year degree or related experience
- Previous experience with inventory control
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent prioritization skills and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through.
- Working knowledge of inventory control, including receiving and issuing materials
- Ability to use hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc., as typical to a warehouse
- Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, reach, crouch, lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to meet background requirements
- Detail-oriented, punctual, positive, dependable and able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, or Database management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
