OVERVIEW
Aid in maintaining inventory accuracy of warehouse locations within SAP.
While this role is remote eligible, candidate must be located close to the Distribution Center.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Reconciles inventory discrepancies between SAP system counts and 3PL’s inventory
- Work with multiple departments, including Order Management, Accounting, IB/OB Coordinators, and 3PL’s to resolve inventory issues
- Assists in the preparation and execution of the annual Physical Inventory of 3PL’s, and Cycle Count program
- Assists in the monitoring of short-dated inventory
- Build loads for Discount Channel, Donations, and Dumps
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of experience in Distribution environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Working knowledge of MS Office Products
- SAP experience
- Experience working with WMS, TMS, and ERP software packages
