The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build a book of business through:

• Prospecting and establishing referral relationships with professionals from the real estate, mortgage, and financial advising industries.

• Working with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with over 50 “A” rated insurance providers, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.

Education and Skills of the Ideal Applicant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Exceptional communication and people skills to deliver information effectively
• Drive and motivation to maintain and increase production levels
• Sales Force experience a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer efficiency and strong typing skills required
• Must be able to obtain P&C Licenses

Work Location: Hybrid

• Main office location: Westlake - The frequency of office attendance is to TBD with the the Agency Owner at the time of hire and is subject to change. Must have a designated space for remote work with little to no distraction.

What We Offer/What You’ll Gain

2-Week paid training. Compensation is competitive including a base salary, new business commissions, renewal commissions and bonuses. Goosehead also offers meaningful professional development and rich mentorship opportunities.
