Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our American Family Insurance Agency. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and selling various insurance products to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Sell insurance policies and other products to meet customers' needs
• Generate leads and actively seek new business opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
• Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure customers have the appropriate coverage
• Assist clients in filing and settling claims
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times

Requirements:

• Must have a valid insurance license
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and situations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software programs
• Insurance license ( if not licensed, we can work on this with you)
