QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Recommended but not required Principal certification, or be in a certified leadership program, or be in a Reading Specialist program
- Must demonstrate leadership skills and effective organizational skills
- Must have experience with a multi-cultural environment
- Must have concrete knowledge of instructional initiatives used in Upper Darby
- School District and data-driven instruction leadership skills
- Must have a strong background in engaging both parent and community involvement in the school
- Strong written/oral communication skills required
- Strong organizational skills required
- Must possess all administrative skills necessary to perform the duties as outlined in the position description
- Must be able to meet the physical/sensory demands of this position.
