What We're Looking For: *
We are looking for people who can consistently produce quality work and are constantly learning how to better themselves. Skylight installation experience is not required and we are willing to train the right people. However, experience in other construction trades such as carpentry, drywall, framing, or roofing is helpful.

The installer's role is to perform in-home estimates, consultations, and installations. The installer serves as the face of the company in the field and ensures each client is provided the best experience possible. Applicants must have a friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality and be self-motivated. The candidate also must have a desire to work in the field performing simple to moderate installations. You
must be comfortable with heights and have a moderate knowledge of roofing and electrical. Lastly, you must enjoy interacting with clients and be comfortable working with hand tools. Compensation is depending on experience and is coupled with a commission based on how much you sell each pay period. *Annual compensation for efficient installers can be anywhere between $50-70k!

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of one year of construction experience - moderate knowledge in roofing and electrical
• Consultative sales experience is a plus!
• Ability to engage clients and build rapport
• Safety-oriented
• Comfortable working on a roof and in tight spaces in attics
• Must be able to provide your own hand tools
• Can lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Clean driving record and a valid CA driver license - No DUI's in the past 10 years
• No illegal drug use - A pre-employment drug test is required

• If hired, you will receive a $1000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment with us.
