JOB TITLE: Window Film Installation Technician

REPORTS TO: General Manager

LOCATION: Huntington Beach, CA

ROLE SUMMARY:

This full-time position provides service and installation of window film and related products, primarily to residential and retail customers. The job interacts with customers throughout the installation and service process, provides information to customers about performance of the products, and assists with troubleshooting problems with product.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform all functions associated with window film installation including pre inspections, pre- and post-installation photos, and accurate completion of all paperwork
• Interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner throughout all customer interactions
• Ensures that the project is completed to the customer’s satisfaction, according to the company’s quality standards
• Maintains a neat and orderly company provided service vehicle

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good communication and customer service skills (in person customer contact)
• Ability to follow written instruction & simple technical drawings
• Valid California Driver's License with a good driving record
• Reliable and organized
• Team player
• Ability to work overtime
• Ability to lift minimum of 50 lbs. unassisted
• Climb ladder and operate small equipment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years of experience installing window film (flat glass) in a commercial or residential setting
• Prior experience in construction, installation, or other field-service based positions is a plus

COMPUTER SKILLS:

• General computer skills

COMPENSATION:

• Piece Rate commensurate with experience
• Eligible for Personal Performance Bonus and Company-wide profit sharing

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
