We are searching for full-time Installation Helpers that are motivated, organized, and have a desire to provide an excellent customer experience while learning a craft. You will play an integral role by assisting the install of our custom-made storage solutions into our customers’ homes. Interested in learning more? Apply today!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

· High School Diploma requires - Some College perferred

· Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record Required

· Experience in installation and carpentry is a plus

· Basic understanding of hand tools and drills

· Basic understanding of computer programs - Microsoft Office 365, payment Apps, scanning Apps, and scheduling tools

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

· Assist the Lead Installer with the installation of custom design systems in the customer’s home while protecting their property and leaving work space clean upon completion

· Drive company vehicles to and from warehouse and worksites

· Follow the Closet America processes and procedures to adhere to quality standards

· Perform multi-step processes in logical order, check your own work, and recognize and correct mistakes

· Demonstrate system to customer upon completion of installation

· Complete paperwork with customer and collect final payment

· Other duties as assigned

· Professionalism – Conduct and appearance is professional and to company standard and policies, with the ability to clearly communicate with customers and colleagues to assure expectations are met

· Technical – Ability to read and interpret design drawings, associating parts to proper assemblies. Ability to understand different hardware types and ability to do final surface detailing

· Coach-ability – Ability to accept guidance and feedback from leadership and team-mates to strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas

· Organization – Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task

· Accuracy – Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly to Closet America’s quality levels
