Description
Headquartered in Montgomery, AL, Fastening Solutions (FSI) regionally distributes and markets industrial quality tools and fasteners to industrial manufacturers, lumber yards, and contractors. Specifically, FSI focuses on selling wood to wood fasteners consisting of collated nails, staples, screws, and tools. Additionally, FSI sells steel and plastic strapping systems. FSI also repairs and maintains pneumatic hand tools. The company operates 18 branch locations across the southeast.
FSI currently has a position available for a Delivery Driver/Warehouse person in their Tampa, FL branch. The candidate must be a self-starter who is willing to learn and follow instructions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain clean driving record
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to follow instructions
- Delivery product in company-provide vehicle
- Receive shipments
- Pull orders and prepare shipments
- Operate forklift
- Organize warehouse
- Keep accurate inventory
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Must be a self-starter and highly motivated
- Must be physically capable of loading/unloading boxes of nails/staples and rolls of banding
- Strong communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR
