As a Team Member at Lawn Doctor, you will serve as a key customer contact and consultant, with responsibility for recommending solutions to the customer, quoting, and selling products. The ability to create additional sales opportunities.

- Prefer admin and inside sales/up-selling experience
- Must be comfortable on the phone
- Exceptional relationship-building skills/team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
- Positive attitude a MUST
- Ability to change lanes when needed to assist other Team members.
- Answer current and potential new customers' questions and offer our services to address their needs
- Ability to type and spell correctly in emails/texts
- Accurately document and maintain records of Sales
