Job Summary:

American Insulated Glass is a leading glass fabricator and wholesale distributor, specializing in providing high-quality insulated, laminated, tempered, fire-rated, and beveled glass products to glazing contractors and window manufacturers. Dedicated to serving both commercial and residential end markets, AIG also distributes a full line of float glass, mirror, and decoration glass solutions.

Our Pensacola, FL location is seeking a hard-working and reliable Inside Sales Representative to join our growing operation team. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and faxes in a fast-paced environment
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction promptly and effectively
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to production by using the right methods/tools
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage with customers
• Others duties as assigned

Require Skills/ Abilities:

• Must have a positive and professional attitude
• Must have basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be organized and detailed oriented

Education & Experience:

• Prior Glass Sales Experience (preferred not required)
• Customer Service Experience (required)
• Data Entry Experience (required)

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit for long periods at a time
• Must be able to lift 30lbs at a time
• Must be able to bend, kneel, stand, and sit throughout duration of shift
• Must be able to work independently and with a team environment
• Must be able to multitask and be proactive
• Other duties as needed
