As a Sales Representative for Threshold Brands, your home location will not matter but your understanding of your role and responsibilities will! Threshold Brands is a private equity sponsored franchisor with over 500 franchise locations generating sales in excess of $200 million annually. All of our brands provide services for the homeowner. We operate the company on a virtual, nation-wide basis.


Sales representatives are responsible for signing new customers up for both recurring and one time appointments for clients by using tested methods of quoting, selling, and following-up with potential customers.


NO COLD CALLING!


This position will entail fielding inbound and/or outbound phone and web inquiries about a variety of home services offered directly through the multiple brands in our brand family.

PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to inbound phone and web inquiries in a courteous and professional manner via the phone and email communications
  • Accurately and precisely obtain/enter potential customer accounts information
  • Acting as an intermediary between potential customers and franchisees in the initial to the final stage of the sales process
  • Maintain a given close percentage ratio

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of previous sales and/or customer service experience
  • Previous phone experience preferred
  • High School or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask (talking, typing, with attention to detail)
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Strong computer skills with strength in typing speed (40+ wpm)

Saturday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Sunday 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM


COMPENSATION

$14.00/hr + Monthly Commissions.
