The Information Technology Specialist will support our mission by possessing an understanding of computers, good communication skills, and the ability to work well unsupervised.Duties will include helping the front desk, troubleshooting computer issues, monitoring information systems computers and networks, resolving issues that come up with POS systems, etc.

What will you do:

  • Perform daily system status checks on servers, firewalls, and switches; report any issues to Managers, Supervisors or appropriate support groups.
  • Assist in the administration of a Windows environment.
  • Insure all incoming phone calls are handled in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Troubleshoot and repair computer, telephone and POS hardware.
  • Install hardware and software on networked and standalone PCs.
  • Document, track and monitor all requests and trouble call tags in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the administration of phone switch and voice mail systems.
  • Follow department and company standard operating procedures and policies.

What are the requirements?

  • Previous IT experience in an amusement or hospitality environment preferred
  • Must be detail oriented, highly motivated, and a self-starter.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work with little supervision.
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to follow safety practices and be safety conscious.

Testing/Work Authorization:

  • Pre-Employment Background Check Required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
