Full Time Position!

Day Shift

Hours - Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with rotating overtime from 6:00 a.m. - noon on Saturday.

Responsibilities and Authority:

• Ensure correct and safe operation of equipment and machinery
• Ability to diagnose issues and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment and systems
• Repair or replace components on malfunctioning machinery and equipment
• Preform and adhere to strict Preventive Maintenance schedule and action items
• Willingness to preform all facilities and custodial services on an as needed basis
• Ensure correct and safe operation of equipment and machinery
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, and to take direction
• Posses the ability to describe machine issues and needs to other team members and Management both written and verbal
• Ability to diagnose machine issues and recognize potential machine failures
• Conduct all work within CMMS according to strict protocol for Work Order execution, documentation, and time reporting
• Ability to determine and communicate concise technical descriptions of diagnoses, failures, components.
• Must be capable to interreact with Inventory system for spare parts, maintaining and monitoring inventory for accuracy and adequate supply on hand of critical and consumable components.
• Must be punctual and able to adhere to high standards for attendance, as well as be able to work overtime weekends and be on-call as required to support operations.
• Perform minor to moderate machining tasks, such as turning, drilling, drilling, tapping, threading, cutting etc.
• Competency to use resources such as manuals, and internet to research machines and parts, find suppliers, and communicate with technical support via phone or email.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• 2 years Maintenance Experience for a Manufacturer.
• Competency with various computer and mobile applications, ex. Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams

• Ability to operate hand, power and specialized tooling
• Experience with industrial electrical systems, automation electronics, Formal training/certification preferred Experience and competency working in CMMS via computer or mobile device.
• We use Manager Plus Experience with resistance welding equipment, Waterjets, hydraulic presses, sewing machines strongly preferred
