Industrial Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities are to perform preventative maintenance (lubrication, etc.) of plant equipment, complete assigned work orders for repairs of machinery as well as general plant requirements such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. that do not require the services of an outside contractor. They will assist outside contractors on jobs as necessary. The Maintenance Technician will report to the Plant Engineer.
Requires a high school diploma. Must have prior experience in or knowledge of industrial maintenance including electrical and/or electronics. This includes:
· SCR, PLC, and motor drive knowledge
· Electrical print reading and troubleshooting is a must
· Electrical control troubleshooting
· Understanding of 3-Phase power and 3-Phase power systems
· Must be able to utilize a Multi-Meter for safety and troubleshooting, and understand LOTO requirements as required by OSHA.
Must possess a willingness to work overtime and on call, and must live within or willing to relocate to the Glennville area. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in elevated areas on occasion will be required.
Starting pay will vary depending on prior experience.
