The duties of this hands-on job will include supervising, training and inspiring your crew to install, modify and maintain milling and conveying equipment and other machinery at our flour mill in Wilson's Mills, NC. Of particular importance will be the administration of the preventative maintenance program. You will also oversee the organization and ordering of our spare parts inventory.

Requirements of a successful Industrial Maintenance Manager
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience managing industrial maintenance projects and a maintenance team
  • Knowledge in Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Electrical Systems
  • Computer literate and understands PLC theory
  • Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
Here are some of the physical requirements of this role:
  • This job can be physically strenuous
  • You will be expected to be able to work in tight and confined spaces
  • You will work at heights
  • You will need the ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally more
  • This job will require the ability to ascend/descend ladders
  • You will be required to wear PPE
