Company Profile: Isoclima Specialty Glass LLC is leading provider of Ballistic Security Glass. We are a trusted supplier of the United States State Department, the United States Military, School Districts (including LA, Houston, among others), Detention Facilities, along with countless commercial applications. Our Manufacturing, Research & Development, and Testing is all performed in house within our Selma, Alabama production facility. We stand behind our life safety products and aim to provide the market with the highest quality standards.
Position Overview: As a growing company our goal is continuous improvement. Both in the markets with our product offerings and within the manufacturing process. We are looking for individuals with an industrial (or similar) engineering background who can help access and improve our manufacturing team and processes. This position will play a key role in instituting lean initiatives, developing and deploying strategic production plans, and working with senior management to meet company objectives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
