Your Mission

This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and assessment of programs that support inclusion and belonging initiatives across Activision Blizzard. Collaborates with the Activision Blizzard King (ABK) DE&I leadership team, to influence policies and identify resources needed to create an inclusive environment for the ABK population. You will use evidence-based strategies to assist ABK in developing efforts to create and sustain a culture that adopts and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in their broadest meanings. Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Build a strategic roadmap to align day to day practices and behaviors needed to realize the company goal of being the most welcoming and inclusive company

  • Advise senior leaders on inclusive practices needed to build and maintain high performing teams

  • Secure relationships with strategic partners to deliver on our inclusive practices goals

  • Provide ongoing program management for priority initiatives. Drive continuous improvement against long-term outcomes through collaboration with leaders across ABK to embed DE&I into business strategy and assure continuity across BU’s and workgroups

Must possess unquestionable character and integrity. They will be a shown leader with blended skills of superior strategic, operational and leadership skills continuously applied to improve the business and operations of the company. Additionally, they should possess exceptional attention to detail, strong initiative and critical thinking skills while serving as a hands-on leader and collaborator. The successful candidate will be an innovative, creative, strategic, and goal - focused leader with a vision for the role of diversity in achieving institutional excellence. They must be adept at facilitating difficult discussions, shepherding change, creating and strengthening partnerships, and aligning an array of efforts across the organization.

Player Profile:

  • Extensive experience developing and leading inclusion strategies and initiatives in a large organization, designed to improve organizational culture and foster talent recruitment and retention.

  • Track record of working in sophisticated/matrixed organizations and engaging broad set of collaborators

  • Ability to influence and drive action at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to collaborate across business units with diplomacy and build strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure initiatives are aligned

  • Strong communication skills - able to tell stories, deliver compelling messages, and clearly articulate a vision

  • Exemplary program and project management skills with ability to supervise and deliver across multiple tasks and deadlines

Education

Undergraduate degree required. Extra points for an MBA.
