Job Title: Inbound Quality Coordinator
Position Reports To: Warehouse Manager
FLSA Status: Hourly
Position Purpose Summary: To ensure all incoming products meet purchased specifications. Complete necessary documentation pertaining to inbound receipts.
Principal Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all Food Safety and GMP Policies
- Verify and accurately document inbound load information including lot codes, item numbers, counts, descriptions and inspections.
- Responsible for inbound product quality. Monitor for damages, exposed product, and quantities.
- Clearly and thoroughly complete all required quality and operations documents.
- Preform Inbound Quality Product Release Procedure
- Crosstrain with Quality Techs as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse (pick up debris, restack pallets, remove damaged items)

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent skills in written/verbal communication; addition, subtraction; attention to details; sense of urgency; accuracy; time management, teamwork, and attendance.
- Demonstrated computer skills (Microsoft Office); work in other departments; work with limited supervision; read, write, speak English
- Ability to operate and work safely around forklifts, stacked product, and suspended loads
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands of the Position:
- While performing the responsibilities of this position, the employee is required to stand, reach with arms and hands, stoop, crouch and lift more than 50 lbs. Vision abilities required by this job include color recognition and attention to detail. This job may require working 10 hours per shift with the flexibility to extend working hours as required.
Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. Employee will be required to work in cold environments between -10 to 40 degrees F.
