Digital Waffle is now working with a Worldwide leading Payment Solutions company looking for Software Implementation Specialists to work with their team in Clearwater. This client is a fast-moving and dynamic company and is looking for someone to begin a contract role, with the possibility of being hired permanently.

What your day will look like -
- Being the first point of contact for users of the client's product
- Answering customer's questions about using the product and problems they may have
- Forming relationships with customers
- Being an expert in the software and product itself, being confident enough with the product to problem-solve
Candidate Requirements -
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Computer Science, IT, etc.)
- Client/customer-facing experience
- Confidence working with tracking systems such as JIRA
- Experience in a payments or EPOS company
