We are looking for a unique, passionate, and creative Program Supervisor implementation of residents active treatment scheduled by Developmental Aides: assists in the developmental of Individual Program Plans.

Shift: 2nd shift 2:00pm-10:00 pm

Job Description

Must be capable of regular and predictable attendance at a specified location in order to perform assigned tasks

Monitor program activities to endure that residents active treatment scheduled are being implemented as written

Check documentation of client programs and activities of daily living (ADLSs)

Participates in the development of each resident’s active treatment schedule

Monitors the implementation of specific resident programs on a regular basis and provides supervisor or management with the results of these audits

Introduces new programs, activities, equipment and materials to staff

May to go doctor appointments as well as participate with clients in the community during various outings

Adjust client and staff scheduled as concerns arise

Ensure resident safety at all times

Qualification

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED);

One to two years' experience working with intellectually disabled residents, and/or residents with severe aggressive behavior issues; Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to oversee that the Immediate Care Facility (ICF/ID) regulations are being followed as instructed through the Individual Program Plans that are written for each resident
