HVAC Tech Job at The Lodge of Four Season Lake Ozark
The Lodge of Four Seasons is seeking a full time HVAC Technician. Salary is BOE
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all refrigerators, freezers, and coolers.
Responsible for all air conditioners and heaters (except boilers).
Responsible for all stoves, ovens, fryers, griddles, etc.
Responsible for all ice machines.
Areas of responsibilities includes The Lodge of Four Seasons, all restaurants.
Must maintain adequate inventory for emergency situations.
Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment along with all other maintenance / engineering personnel.
Responsible for preventative maintenance work in rooms, motors, and related equipment.
Must help maintenance whenever possible (general maintenance, carpentry, electrical work, etc.).
Complete essential paperwork to track refrigerant usage.

Experience:
- HVAC: 5 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- EPA Type II Required
