HVAC Supervisor Job at Bath & Body Works
The HVAC Supervisor will work in collaboration with engineering professionals, construction professionals, DC Operations and brand leadership in order to support both short- and long-term strategies for all brands. Provide oversight to maintain the HVAC infrastructure and related assets. Reports to the Manager of Maintenance and provides leadership for all HVAC Technicians.
Overall Responsibilities
- Responsible for both routine and non-routine departmental operating procedures and policies as they relate to HVAC systems.
- Implement/monitor aggressive energy management program, manage energy performance analysis and facilities improvement plans
- To recommend and /or initiate short term changes to meet long-range goals and objectives.
- Coordinate/ monitor the activities of outside Vendors and Contractors performing work in the facility.
- Provide required Leadership for HVAC Technicians and monitor performance/productivity.
- Plan and estimate the work to be accomplished by HVAC Technicians and outside Contractors.
- Identify non-productive situations and seek solutions to problems.
- Analyze job accomplishments and advise key members of the staff on work completed, problem areas and recommend areas for improvement.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage the department operating budget including related cost tracking and purchasing
- Communicate and interact successfully with the Customer on a daily basis.
- Manage daily shift operations, various projects, PM program, Housekeeping functions and any other related facilities function.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing all facility systems and any other assignment required to meet the changing demands of the business
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years related experience in management of Automated systems - BS, MBA or graduate degree is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with attention to details.
- A minimum of five years experience in a Building Automated Environment Systems.
- Effectiveness in working within a team/matrix organization.
- General familiarity with facility operations and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience of organizing and managing support for projects.
- Working knowledge of BAS systems Delta Controls, Trane Chiller interface (Robert Shaw 350A/3500 legacy systems), Microsoft based applications such spreadsheets, scheduling and other project management tools.
- General familiarity with Information Systems as related to Maintenance Management, Purchasing and Inventory (CMMS systems: eMaint/MP2).
- Demonstrated experience of organizing and managing project Teams.
- Mature, open working style that stimulates a sense of cooperation and ownership, and that produces results.
- Demonstrated diagnostic and problem solving skills.
- High level of integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
