The Seer Group is looking for experienced HVAC Installers to join our team.
Job Title: HVAC Installer
Location: Seattle, WA and Tacoma, WA
Pay: $30 - $40+/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with overtime as needed to meet business needs

HVAC Installer Position Summary:
The HVAC Installer is responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high quality and timely job performance.
Required knowledge, skills, and experience:
- 1yr + HVAC installation experience in the field
- Valid EAP Certification
- Proficient in furnace installation
- Able to measure ductwork and install all equipment accessories
- Can complete simple low voltage and high voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners
- Test line sets evacuate and charge systems
- Knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Physically capable of performing duties that include standing for long periods, walking, and climbing ladders
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic Math skills
- Must be able to meet short deadlines with the ability to work variable hours when a project requires
