Position: HVAC In-Store Representative *Bethesda, MD*
Cyprus Air Heating & Cooling is seeking Full-Time and/or Part-Time HVAC In-Store Representatives to work at a national Home Improvement retail location in Bethesda, MD. Experience:
No experience necessary. We will fully train and mentor you, so long as you are outgoing, approachable, personable, and enjoy talking to and meeting new people. Paid training for one month to jump start your path to career success!
Pay:
Our Top Producers can earn up to $30.00 per hour, PLUS an achievable Monthly incentive bonus, Holiday Weekend productivity bonus, and Quarterly top performer bonus plans.
Responsibilities:
As an HVAC In-Store Representative you would report to our partnered retail Home Improvement location in Bethesda, MD., where you would engage with customers regarding our products and how we can be a huge benefit to their home and family’s comfort. While the customer is with you, your primary objective is to schedule an appointment for a Free In-Home Estimate.
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- 1 year Retail Sales Experience (preferred but not required)
- Outgoing, motivated, and career oriented
- Personable and enjoy talking with and meeting new people
- Weekend availability is a Must
- Adept at working with Mobile Apps
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
