Human Resources Manager Job at West Bloomfield Parks
West Bloomfield Parks is seeking a full-time Human Resources (HR) Manager to be responsible for day-to-day operations of WB Parks’ HR department. The HR manager will be directly involved in recruiting, staff selection, onboarding, training & development. This role manages performance management documentation, compensation & benefits, succession planning, and employee separation for the organization. The HR Manager will ensure legal compliance with all matters related to hiring practices, employee treatment and HR documentation. This position will work directly with hiring managers and the leadership team in a collaborative environment.
