- This is a part-time, temporary position June through August
- $20 per hour / up to 8 hours per day / 3 days per week *
- Flexibility of work schedule will be determined based on supervisor need and candidate availability
- Must be able to commit to agreed upon work schedule once determined
- High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e., General Educational Development (GED), foreign equivalency, etc.).
- Knowledge of basic record keeping practices.
- Ability to understand, explain, and apply written and oral instructions, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to clearly communicate information, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to operate basic office equipment (i.e., computers, printers, copy machines, telephone systems, fax machines, etc.).
- Ability to access, operate, and maintain various software applications; ability to read, update, and maintain various records and files, ability to learn job specific computer software applications.
- Ability to work without direct supervision to carry out assignments to completion; ability to meet predetermined deadlines.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work flexible hours or shifts as necessary for the efficient operation of the department.
- Possess physical and mental stamina commensurate with the responsibilities of the position
- Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance and punctuality based on predetermined schedule.
- Audit personnel files and documents
- Make and track corrections to specified personnel documents
- Following audit, provide a summary of action items to be completed by the Director of Human Resources
- Create labels for files
- Create an organized filing system for specified forms based on specific regulations
- File documents
- Shred documents
- Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information.
- Conform to safety standards, as prescribed.
- Perform related duties consistent with job description and assignment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Support Staff Employment Application.
- High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e., GED, foreign equivalency, etc.).
- Specific documented evidence of training and experience to satisfy qualifications, if applicable.

Low exposure to self to bruises and cuts due to typical office environment.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
Mental Functions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and use interpersonal skills. The employee is frequently required to compare, copy, coordinate, instruct and negotiate. The employee is occasionally required to evaluate, analyze, compute, compile and synthesize.
