Purpose

Supports the organization’s Human Resources and Compliance/Privacy efforts through carrying out administrative duties. This position is Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm.


Essential Functions

  • Assists with the ongoing screening and monitoring, as well as any resolutions, of sanctions and exclusions in accordance with OIG, CMS and related agencies and requirements.
  • Assists with tracking and ensuring compliance with TB testing, Licensing/Certifications, respirator fit testing and related requirements.
  • Assists with tracking and reporting of employee vaccination statuses, including but not limited to COVID-19 and Influenza.
  • Assists with maintaining recordkeeping and requirements for contractors and business agreements, as well as performing related audits.
  • Assists with performing, analyzing and reporting results of company exit interviews.
  • Assists with performing, analyzing and reporting results of compliance and privacy related incidents and audits. (New)
  • Assists with reviewing and uploading various employment related documents, including but not limited to performance management/counseling memos, with a high level of accuracy, as assigned, into the organization’s HRIS, ADP WorkforceNow, for record retention.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Arcadia Family of Companies.

Education and/or Experience:

College education and minimum two to five years of related experience or combination.

Computer Skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, includes, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience or ability to become proficient in ADP and other software.
