We are currently seeking a Human Resources Administrator responsible for:
- Generalist administrative duties inclusive of time and attendance
- Talent Acquisition administration
- Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Collaboration with the leadership team on property
Our Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for management of employee paperwork as well as understanding and enforcing company policies, managing benefits, and workman's compensation duties. You will work closely with the leadership team to carry out the daily activities of the human resource office including oversight of recruitment, training, and development. You will be expected to lead by example and guide all team members into achieving outstanding service and performance goals while motivating everyone on your team to work proactively and ensure the success of the property.
Although highly autonomous, this role reports into the Senior leadership team and is expected to partner actively to ensure the success of the HR Department.
