Oversee the maintenance and administration of the HRIS and other systems supporting the HR function, acting as an internal adviser regarding the use of workforce data and analytics.
Design, build, test, deploy HR reports and dashboards. Develop data integrity protocols and security controls between HR, accounting, finance, and other internal departments. Monitor performance of thetechnology and software. Recommend and implement policies on reporting standards and offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity.
This is a fully remote position. Qualified US-based candidates who are legally eligible to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship will be considered.
Job Responsibilities
- Serves as HR analytics subject matter expert and develops and delivers timely and accurate HR scorecards, metrics, dashboards, and reports that are aligned with businessrequirements.
- Maintain solid understanding of industry best practices in HR, Payroll and Benefits Administration.
- Regularly performs system audits to ensure the efficiency of processes and data integrity andprovides recommended solutions to resolve issues to leadership.
- Assist in identifying and resolving technical or process issues impacting HR/Payroll data integrity.
- Partners with HR team to plan, develop, and implement effective HR strategies, tools, processes and programs for the organization and client business units.
- Support HR Team as needed for additional projects
Requirements
- Six plus years of experience with a demonstrated ability of implementing and optimizing HR systems and working across multiple facets of HR (such as Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, etc.) to support the day-to-day operations of the organization. Experience with ADP (HCM) and ADP Recruiting Management (ATS), a plus.
- Six plus years HR analytics experience.
- B.A./B.S. degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business or Finance.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred.
- Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to understand and analyze a situation by identifying patterns or connections, and address key underlying issues.
- Strong database management skills including the ability to merge, clean and analyze large amounts of data.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to work productively and effectively with a wide variety of people, internally and externally, and at multiple levels within the organization.
- Proven ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities under tight deadlines, maintain timelines, ensure follow up, and producing high quality results.
- Project planning and management skills and experience.
- Ability to manage projects that require diligence.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in a complex environment.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, HRIS systems, and general working knowledge of Internet for business use.
- Must possess ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
- Must possess ability to perform repetitive motion.
- Crouching and bending may be required when retrieving files.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
