HR Technology Analyst (work remote)
The HR Technology Analyst will serve as a key enabler of the HR team by managing the HR technology/systems, processes, and analytics that enable real time people data to guide business decisions. Reporting to the Manager, HR Technology, this role will drive people data integrity, test system changes and updates, develop dashboards to support HR analytics, and increase automation to deliver process improvements. The potential candidate will work remote and report to our headquarter in Irving, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Performs troubleshooting of HRIS system by researching and identifying the root causes for data problems such as system limitations or design, user error or lack of standard procedures for accurate ongoing administration of HR systems and reports.
- Performs audits of various datasets to ensure HRIS data integrity and efficient processing of HR data; develops business rules to validate data to maintain ongoing data integrity. Partners closely with the Business Intelligence Analyst for data needs.
- Serves as a primary contact for new HR system implementations, integrations, and interfaces. Coordinates with the IT team on any HR system integrations as it relates to the enterprise.
- Partners with the HR team to support key initiatives, such as the annual Open Enrollment; performance review process and assists with automation of these processes.
- Works with the Manager, HR Technology to communicate updates to the HR team regarding new system releases, new features and system enhancements.
- Assists HR leaders with ad hoc projects as needed.
- Manages the HR Technology interfaces of data transmissions to outside vendors.
- Develops new dashboards reporting on key HR metrics & analytics
- Prepares periodic and monthly reports for relevant departments * Prepares monthly user account audit reports for senior management and makes necessary corrections upon notification.
- Partners in development and facilitation of HRIS training to employees; maintains and updates system and training documentation on applicable HR systems
- Manages security, roles, and access to HR technology/systems
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with HRIS related systems administration, functional support, and enhancement development preferred
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with power BI a plus
- Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and able to gather and analyze information skillfully; demonstrates solid troubleshooting abilities
- Develop reports, dashboards & scorecards, data exploration, and visual analytics using existing and emerging technologies and tools
