Robert Half is currently seeking an HR Specialist for one of our clients in Tolland CT . The ideal candidate has prior HR administration experience and has worked with HRIS software before. This position also requires a high level of tech savviness and ability to learn to software programs easily, as well as a high attention to detail. Your main goal in this position is to process all employment data changes and updates in the HRIS system and be proactive by auditing information regularly for possible non-compliance, errors, or incompleteness. This is a 6-12 month contract position that has an outside potential to convert to a permanent employee with the client and will be staffed within the next two and a half weeks - APPLY TODAY !

Your responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Support HRIS administration for US, Canada and Mexico legal entities
Process data changes related to employment and mobility - including but not limited to position changes, promotions, reporting line changes, etc.
Conduct regular audits of data to ensure data integrity and compliance
Partner with HR team members to enhance system functionality

1-3 years of prior HR administration experience, required
Prior experience working with HRIS software, required
Prior experience with ADP and Success Factors helpful, but not required
Strong Microsoft Office skills required, especially with Word and Excel
