Administers human resources policies and procedures that cover multiple functional areas. Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management. Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures. May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Reports to Director of Human Resources
1-3 years HR exp. in related field and/or area required.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Experience
Required- 5 year(s): Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible HR experience (healthcare environment preferred) including at least 3 years in HR management/supervisory positions; Must be knowledgeable of human resources functional areas including recruitment, equal employment opportunity, wage and salary administration, employee benefits, compensation, training/organizational development, and employee relations.
