Hotel Equities, one of the top hotel development and management companies in the industry, is currently searching for a remarkable Housekeeper for the Fairfield Inn & Suites N/Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. Guest / Food Service Responsibilities include but are not limited to-
o Assist in preparation, cooking and presentation of food according to standard recipes for the
bistro and banquet rooms.
o Responsible for greeting every guest/customers with a smile and positive attitude
o Prepare and present items, organize and maintain a clean service area, clean tables and area,
and follow all health codes.
o Ensures that all guests are dealt with in a professional, consistent manner. Ability to
diplomatically handle difficult situations and people.
o Ensures entire food selection is available daily and hours of operation are strictly adhered
to.
o Monitors and inspects all food & beverage deliveries, ensuring portion controls are adhered
to.
o Provide a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety programs, Health
Department requirements, and job safety analysis.
o Maintain and enforce sanitation laws and safety standards with anyone entering the kitchen
area.
o Inspect food and beverage outlets for proper storage, neatness, cleanliness, side-work and
rotation of inventory.
Inventory
o Assist with daily/weekly/monthly food and beverage inventories.'
