Status: Full Time
Hourly rates: $16 - $17 per hour
Shifts: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are seeking a full-time Hospice Customer Service Representative to join our successful company. We are looking for an energetic, multi-tasking, excellent first impression person to fill this position. If you fit this description we hope to hear from you soon.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Manage high volume phone system.
- Assist in scheduling hospice clients with qualified personnel.
- Verify documentation on employee’s schedules.
- Act as a customer services representative for the Hospice clients and employees.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- General administrative and clerical support.
Job Requirements
- Office experience required.
- Experience in scheduling is a plus.
- Experience in health care, temporary staffing or related industry preferred.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Requires excellent communication skills.
- A cheerful voice and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Have a positive attitude and be motivated to help others.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines.
