TITLE: Regional Manager

SALARY RATE: $80,000 - $90,000- Depending on experience

Postion can be located within the Southeast Tennessee - Chattanooga, and Atlanta area. Will cover territory throughout the area.

POSITION SUMMARY:

HES Facilities Management is seeking experienced Regional Manager to help oversee custodial operations in an assigned territory between multiple education institutions.

As a Regional Manager, you will supervise daily work of custodians; inspects all assigned areas daily to ensure work is being carried out properly and orderly:

• Prepare and submit work schedules and biweekly payroll.
• Evaluate performance of custodial personnel; prepare and submit disciplinary action.
• Designate shift and area work assignments for custodians and lead personnel.
• Conduct training programs for custodians, implements new procedures and policies.
• Maintain records and correspondence; prepares reports, submits purchase requisitions for supplies; maintains supply inventory.
• Prepare and submit progress reports on building conditions.
• Establish and monitor working relationships with staff, co-workers, and clients.
  Coordinates various cleaning projects; receives equipment, uniforms, and paper orders; operates all cleaning equipment.
• Manage company budgets to ensure we are meeting and/or exceeding expectations.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, hard-working, dependable, and detail oriented.
• Previous management experience managing multiple locations.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Prompt, regular attendance.
