Concentric Corporation is currently seeking a talented Help Desk Support Technician for our client in the Omaha area!
The Help Desk Support Technician will be responsible for managing first-level support services and support technology-related tasks within the company. Therefore, you will be the first and central point of contact for all service events related to the IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide support relating to technical issues and system changes.
- Support ticket entry follow-up and updates within the ticket tracking system.
- Provide quality assistance in a timely manner.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and find effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Ability to work within a team setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Experience working with ticketing systems.
- MSP experience is preferred.
- Computer and network knowledge.
- 1-3 years of experience working within a help desk environment.
