Qualifications

· Team player with a positive attitude, working well with other members to accomplish the task at hand

· Teachable individual

· Dependable

· Ability to operate multiple pieces of equipment preferred. Primarily consisting of excavator, bulldozer, track loader, and track skidloader (GPS is a plus, but not required)

· General knowledge of site work

· Physical labor as job requires

· Able to work independently

Daily Responsiblities

· Daily equipment inspection of its condition, fluid levels, fuel and grease

· Safe operation especially on crowded jobsite conditions

· Daily time card either electronically or paper recording

· Ability to check basic grades for assigned task

· Jobsite cleanliness and housekeeping

Set Ground Rules

· No DUI in last three years

· Must have valid driver’s license

· Pre-employment and random drug testing performed

· Smoke and vape-free environment; no tobacco-free, just smoke-free

· Starting pay: $20 - $30 hour or salaried packages available

Full Time Work Schedule

· 10-hour shift

· Monday thru Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday work paid at overtime may be needed depending on job demands

· Pay period is weekly by direct deposit or paper check
