We are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter/Handyman to join our team at Condustrial Inc. As a Carpenter/Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry and general handyman tasks to ensure the proper maintenance and construction of structures and facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong carpentry skills and a diverse range of handyman abilities.

Location: Albemarle, NC

Responsibilities:

- Perform various carpentry tasks, including framing, installing doors and windows, building cabinets, and repairing furniture

- Conduct measurements and calculations to ensure accurate cuts and dimensions for carpentry projects

- Install and repair drywall, insulation, and other building materials

- Repair or replace damaged woodwork, flooring, or roofing

- Install and repair plumbing fixtures, electrical switches, and light fixtures

- Paint surfaces, both interior and exterior, using appropriate techniques and tools

- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, such as fixing leaks, replacing broken tiles, and repairing or replacing appliances

- Inspect and troubleshoot building systems and equipment to identify issues and propose appropriate solutions

- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient project completion

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter/Handyman or in a similar role

- Strong carpentry skills, including proficiency in using hand and power tools

- Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety regulations

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications

- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
