We are looking for individuals who are motivated, dependable, trustworthy and are proud of their success and pursue opportunities to excel every day. We are seeking applicants who are ready to show up to work on time, energetic, prepared and ready to make a difference.

This position requires late afternoon and evening, weekend availability , with additional optional hours for recreational classes, birthday parties, special events, camps, etc. Competition traveling is a part of this job and will require weekend availability while in season.

This is a part-time position 15-20 hours per week. Scheduling can be flexible but available shifts are primarily 3:45pm - 8:30pm on weekdays and Saturdays from 9:00am - 2:00pm.

Pay based upon experience, willingness to learn, motivation, and quality of work. Starting pay for training is $18 per hour, upon completion of training regular hourly rate will be discussed.

Qualifications:

- Experience in child related services or youth sports instruction

- Prior coaching experience working with pre-competitive and competitive team

- High energy, motivated, organized and professional individuals

- Love to work with children

- Encourage proper technique and focus on safety

- Proper communication with parents

- Adaptability and flexibility

- Create skill lesson plans to ensure learning

- Availability to train junior staff

- Ability to work well with others

- Positive approach to teaching and training

- Safety/First Aid/CPR is a plus and is required to be completed before starting the job

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
