Role Description: Team #Baonanas is looking to hire a passionate and dedicated Guest Services Bear to join the team! As a Guest Services Bear, you will have the opportunity to spread happiness and be the face of Baonanas as we create a fun experience for each guest.
- Create a phenomenal first impression to guests by providing a best-in-class guest service experience
- Execute the perfect scoop correctly to consistently produce exact serving size and a presentation of the highest standard with our products that meet our brand expectations
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and keep scoop area clean and organized
- Ensure appropriate health and safety standards
- Maintain proper cash handling and ensure proper procedures are followed
- Open and/or close the location properly and follow the opening/closing checklist
- Support our Catering & Markets/Events operations with packing and prepping
- Prep fruits, toppings, cups and other #baonanas materials
- Perform other appropriate tasks assigned by GSB Manager
