We are currently seeking Full or Part Time Greeters to join our team for the Gingerbread Season!
Job responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to:
- Provide warm welcome to incoming Guests
- Make genuine connections and engage Guests to ensure a personalized experience
- Follow proper phone etiquette when answering the phones
- Maintains a clean and organized work area and completes cleaning as assigned.
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints and concerns with a genuine and friendly attitude
- Give simple and accurate Directions
- Be knowledgeable with Hotel events and information
- Thank Guests as they leave, soliciting feedback about the quality of their service
1. Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
2. Mobility required during the entire shift.
3.. Ability to wipe and clean surfaces, pick up debris off the floor
4 Must be able to stand and exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to four (4) hours in length.
5. Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees
6. Must be at least 16 years old and legally allowed to work in the USA.
