The Workforce Program participants’ role is to work closely with the Lead Farmer and Farm Assistant to maintain TCAH’s farms. This includes but is not limited to manual farm work, guiding volunteer groups, supervising the Green Teen- Interns in the absence of a superior, and assisting with the general operation of the farms. GTWP must give daily brief oral reports of tasks completed to the Lead farmer; run farm stand; ensure all farm data received is passed on to the Farm Assistant to be entered into the database.
